The Southend Easter Chess Festival 2023 is officially launched with publication of the Entry Form (pdf) and online entry. We hope you will like the simplified entry fees with just one flat rate for the Rapid (£30) and the 7-Round sections (£45).
We look forward to seeing all our friends again at Easter for this popular festival. Let’s see if we can beat last year’s modern record entry!

Seniors 60+: use coupon 60+
Juniors U16 at 31 Aug 2022: use coupon U16
The discounts apply only to the section Entry Fees (£30 for the Rapid and £45 for the 7-Round sections) and you can only use one of them, even if you fall in two discount categories! But if you enter the Rapid and a 7-Round section, both fees will be discounted with the one coupon. However, there is NO deduction from the ECF Pay to Play Fee (if this applies to you) nor from Donations (which we are always grateful to receive).
