teaching online is the future...

I launched a series of Academy Chess England chess classes on Zoom this week, and I think we are all enjoying the experience. Maybe I should wait for some comments from the students... Participants also get to play some practice games on the Tornelo platform, and I have received a lot of positive emails telling me about how good an experience that can be. If you are looking for ideas for running your league or club championships online, I can recommend both Tornelo and ScorchChess (see podcast below).

SO - if you are looking for the opportunity to improve your chess, read this. We have a class starting next Tuesday 22nd September for players around 130+ and another starting Friday 25th September for players 160+!

I am currently looking for 10 juniors and 10 adults graded 50-100 to take part in a pilot. If you’d like to take part, contact me - adamraoof@gmail.com.
