The World Famous Hampstead Congress is online this weekend, it’s going to be ECF GRADED (online ECF list only).

FIDE standard ratings apply. If you don’t have a FIDE rating we will use your ECF rating or convert your old ECF standard grade.

You must be an ECF MEMBER AT ANY LEVEL to play this weekend (you can become a supporter for just £10.00 - join here https://www.englishchess.org.uk/ecf-membership/) and have an identifiable national profile such as ECF or a FIDE (not essential to have a grade or rating) to enter.  This is because we will grade the event, and need your details for the ECF.
You must be on camera throughout in the arbiter’s room on Zoom! Â
Time Control is 60 minutes each plus 10 seconds a move. Â Byes available, just add the request in the comments box.
Three Rounds on Saturday at 10am, 1pm and 4pm then two rounds on Sunday at a slightly later time of 11am and 2pm.

I’d definitely like to play OTB but it would take a lot to persuade Mrs P that it’s safe so the more information you can provide the better my chances!
