New format = from May 11th, June 15th, July 13th, Aug 3th, Sep 7th, Oct 12th, Nov 9th

All four sections will still be FIDE and ECF Rapid Chess tournaments, and you will still need to be an ECF Silver member or above, or pay a supplement of £10.00.

FORMAT CHANGES SUMMARISED

Open (stays Open to all from May)

Under 1800 (will be Under 1900 ECF and FIDE from May)

Under 1450 (will be Under 1600 ECF and FIDE from May)

Under 1200 (will be Under 1300 ECF from May, but will still be FIDE rated)

…..plus a revived “MY FIRST TOURNAMENT” (Just ECF rated = get an ECF rating in one event!)

The events will still be swiss format tournaments, 6 rounds, 20 mins each plus 5 seconds a move. 11am start, 5pm finish. Enter online now by clicking here
